Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau teaches a class in Monrovia with a book produced by Reading-Liberia, as WCF co-director Yvonne Capehart Weah looks on. Reading-Liberia is a joint project of the We-Care Library, CODE, and RWCT. Mr. Trudeau is a former teacher.
